Could be considered a > regression. It's not a regression, it's a different case (secure.wm.o-specific) that was probably broken the whole time. The two bugs appear related, but they're not related in the way you think they are. I'm leaving this open because it is a legitimate bug (something is broken), but making it a dependency of the HTTPS tracking bug.
