In many cases that templates are contained with formatnum ot {{formatnum:|R}}
functions they have some strange bugs such as:
http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%A7%D9%84%DA%AF%D9%88:Convert/%D8%AA%D9%88%D8%B6%DB%8C%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AA
doesn't show any bug but when we use it as template:document .it shows bug
http://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D8%A7%D9%84%DA%AF%D9%88:Convert
also this bug is appears when we use this template in infoboxs
