More importantly: I have fixed the bug that was responsible for the general mis-alignment of all arabic text. (More specifically: all text that required character shaping) The missing bold font is also fixed (nazlib as suggested). Furthermore I fixed the problem with "لا" - this should have taken care of all "missing glyph" boxes in the text. The main problem that persists is rendering of complex/stacked non-spacing marks as shown in [1]. I have no idea how to fix that - that might be complex.
