Sometimes useful redirects are created from obvious spelling mistakes or from
many small variations of the same name. It would be useful to prevent them from
appearing in the search suggestions. This can be done, for example, using a
magic word, such as __SUPPRESS_SEARCH_SUGGESTIONS__.
