For a long time the preferences page on VEC Wikipedia is displayed as shown in
the following image: http://vec.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Preferenze_VEC.png
While in all the other Wikipedias, including the Italian one, the preferences
page is displayed (correctly) as shown in this other image:
