Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to http://prototype.wikimedia.org/timedmedia/Main_Page
2) For a video with the controls, select Menu -> Download -> any option under
"download video file"
Expected result:
"Save as" filechooser should pop up asking user where to save the video file;
i.e. the HTTP headers
Content-disposition: attachment; filename=$file
Content-type: $filetype
should be set.
Actual result: Get Firefox native HTML5 player in a new tab. User needs to then
go to File -> Save as to actually download the video.
