Another way to solve this would be to write a little gadget that fetches page names created by a certain user in a certain namespace and/or timeframe (ApiRecentChanges supports that afaik) and feeds them to DeleteApi or SpecialNuke. The interface to this gadget could be implemented on Special:Delete, Special:Nuke or on Special:Blankpage?action=mygadgetname with quicklinks from Special:Delete and Special:Nuke. Closing feature request for Nuke-extension as WONTFIX.
