Gustronico <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED CC| |[email protected] Resolution| |DUPLICATE --- Comment #2 from Gustronico <[email protected]> 2011-08-29 20:21:27 UTC --- As a non-English speaking user, I'll try to explain: When English speaking users go to a foreign language wiki, they don't need to know the local name of a particular special page: they just type the English=canonical name. But, what about non-English speaking users visiting a foreign wiki? They only know (as aforementioned users also do) their own-language page names. So, how are they supposed to access the desired local special page? This functions, used in their own wikis as a previous step, may bring them those "unknown" canonicals. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 10449 *** -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
