In MW 1.18 and 1.19, without Extension:PasswordReset installed, the login page
directs users who have forgotten their password to a page
Special:PasswordReset. This blocks any use of the extension PasswordReset.
If the extension is installed, Special:PasswordReset is dysfunctional. This may
be new, under previous MW version (trunk SVN r79596) extension PasswordReset
was working.
