If a default filename is provided, making destination filename value in Special
Upload input readonly could be interesting in certain contexts (ensuring users
use the proper filename, associated to some namespaces, thru' NSFileRepo, etc.)
I presently get this behavior with some jquery in MediaWiki:Common.js and an
own extension.
I wonder whether this could be already an available parameter.
