After discussion on se.wikipedia
(http://se.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:G%C3%A1ffestohpu#Sami_logo) and further
discussion with language experts it seems like the file
http://se.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-se-example-4.svg is close
to a correct one for Northern Sami Wikipedia.
It is made according to the official design guide
(http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Wikimedia_official_marks/Word_mark_creation)
with 12.185 pt font size in Linux Libertine for Wikipedia, with no additional
kerning of letters.
Only the tagstring is changed. The one used reads "Friddja diehtosátnegirji"
(note the a-acute), and it reads "Fri kunnskapsordbok" in Norwegian or "Free
knowledge dictionary" in english. It is a borrowed construct from Finnish
Wikipedia (http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Etusivu)
Please replace the existing logo with this or a similar one.
