I tried to find how to change this namespace name to 'Kaarangay', by experimenting at testwiki and at the local wiki and by trying to find some help on mediawiki.org. But I really don't found what to do. Can you please check that there is really nothing to do, and if it's the case provide us the name of the system message that has to be translated at testwiki / locally ?
