Demonstrating the incorrect link.
When you rollback some edits by an any user to an anonymous user's edit, the
link is to User:<ip>, instead of Special:Contributions/<ip>.
This only happens to the edit summary, on the post rollback page, the IP
address is linked correctly.
Attached is an image demonstrating the problem.
