When English words translated into Korean, the latest alphabet (in Korean) would be consonant or vowel. It isn't distinguished in English, but it is in Korean; the particle is transformed because this... If we don't use these function, we must write whole of possible particles. (and now we do it...) It is inefficient and ugly.
