Since Bug 15073 request various features, I'm opening an individual bug for the
following (and adding it as a blocker for that bug):
Once we get some kind of structure to associate separate pages with books on
Wikibooks/Wikisources (bug 5071), it will be useful for editors if the sofware
could also
> "create an automatic table of contents. Consider a page like
> [[Special:Tableofcontents/Book_name]], which we could also transclude into
> another page if we wanted to".
PS: This is also in the TODO list of
[[mw:Extension:BookManager#Future_improvements]].
