.tif thumbnails from a foreign repo (Wikimedia Commons) don't work on a local
wiki, unless $wgTiffThumbnailType is specified in LocalSettings.php:
$wgTiffThumbnailType = array( 'jpg', 'image/jpeg' );
These thumbnails should just work, regardless if $wgTiffThumbnailType is set on
the local wiki.
