Tested in Firefox 8 for Android:
Visiting https://en.wikipedia.org/ (SSL link) on my phone sends me over to the
*insecure* http://en.m.wikipedia.org/.
However, since the mobile site doesn't load over SSL yet that's maybe ok for
now. ;) -> bug 31333
