At en.wikibooks the page [[b:Special:Book]] is no longer
working since the upgrade to MediaWiki 1.18. Loading an existing collection or
creating a new one has the user encountering the problem that any of the
buttons to, say, "Preview with PediaPress" or "Download" or "Save collection"
are greyed out.
Compare to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Book at
en.wikipedia, which is still on 1.17.
