(From [[WP:VPT]]): I have "Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary"
checked in my edit preferences. I am no longer getting the prompt when I try to
enter a blank edit summary for an edit in my user space. I get the prompt with
other edits, as before. Is this an accident or an intentional feature?
