(logged-off only in Opera, Firefox and IE ;)) at apparently random occurence a
wrong version of flaggedrevs.js is loaded which is a 404 error subsequently
leading to a JS error:

in a next try (random article function) it is:
http://bits.wikimedia.org/w/extensions-1.17/FlaggedRevs/client/flaggedrevs.js?87&301-4
which is okay (304)
