I had new users and spam articles and URLs from 
* Ubiquity Server Solutions / ubiquityservers.com 
* Nobis Technology Group / nobistech.net
It was from the followig ranges:
* 108.62.0.0/16
* 64.120.0.0/17
* 173.234.0.0/16
* 173.208.32.0/19
I have found spam-seen-entrys about this company from a longer time. I don't
know: is this a godd provider or a self spammer or works with spammers.

In Homowiki.de it was the articles:

It is not only in my Wiki, it is also in kathpedia.de. I have no Adminrights
there, but i can see the spam and communication about the spam
