When I access a page such as these
http://pt.wikibooks.org/wiki/Especial:AbuseLog/1531
https://pt.wikibooks.org/wiki/Especial:AbuseLog/1531
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikibooks/pt/wiki/Especial:AbuseLog/1531
(sorry, it only works if I'm logged in as an admin) the CSS for the table is
missing and the error console displays a message like this:
