Trying to upload an image to commons
File:King_Jigme_Khesar_Namgyel_Wangchuck_(edit)_cropped.jpg using upload
wizard, which is atm create protected do to
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Auto-protected_files/wikipedia/en
returns "An unknown error occurred.".
It's correct that I shouldn't be able to upload, but the unknown error seems to
be rather vague.
