I'm pretty sure it used to do this, but I may be mistaken. Linking to
[[Special:Checkuser/foo]] or searching for "Special:Checkuser/foo" should
provide a form with the username field already filled in with "foo", in a
manner similar to how Special:Contributions works. This makes linking to a form
easier, as well as pulling up a form directly without having to go through the
contributions screen.
