It's not the real issue. Making a prefect converter is very difficult and those
bugs have to be fixed on a case-by-case basis with the current overall
solution. A page to collect user input is on Wikipedia:
[[zh:Wikipedia:CONVERSION]] but that's not our topic here.

Basically those bugs look like:
A converter is converting en-gb to en-us and it knows taps are also called
faucets in AmE. When it's converting "He tapped me" it outputs "He fauceted
me".
