noticed when looking at bug 24708
Appears as if WikiLove is not checking that some title object it makes is
actually a valid title.
Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:/ (or
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:/ )
Gets error: PHP fatal error in
/usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.18/extensions/WikiLove/WikiLove.hooks.php
