At the end of installation, I received the error message that can be seen in my
bug's summary. I decided to restart installation and just like I did the first
time around I choose the defaults for the first four pages. After the first
time trying to install it needed me to upgrade the existing mediawiki tables in
my database to Version 1.17.0 and every time after it developed a fatal error
called "Fatal error: Call to a member function isMultipleKey() on a non-object
in C:\Program Files\wamp\www\BWUC\mediawiki\includes\installer\MysqlUpdater.php
on line <i>249</i></th></tr>"
