             Bug #: 31922
           Summary: Editing screen defaults changed
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.6
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Page editing
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
    Classification: Unclassified

For the past few weeks when editing if I click on "Show preview" the refresh
jumps to the bottom of the page near the editing window rather than stay at the
top where it belongs. Meanwhile the editing window reverts to its top rather
than staying at the line where I was editing. This is annoying. Any help would
be appreciated.

Fixing this problem would be good, but an even better idea is to have the
preview page jump to the analogue of the line being edited. Is this a
possibility?

Thanks.
