It would be good to show the privacy policy about use of the user's location
data before doing a geo lookup with the 'nearby' feature -- especially if we're
running the queries through a third-party service that's not even run by
Wikimedia.
This should probably have at least a link and a click-through, and be able to
get back to it eg from the menu when viewing the nearby list.
