Cached or disabled pages at Special:SpecialPages should (by default) be shown
in italics. See bug 14645.
The class .mw-specialpagecached is applied, but never defined. It probably got
lost when moving some stuff from skins/common/shared.css to
resources/mediawiki.special/mediawiki.special.css.
