https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Q232 does not render
it appears to have been imported, so likely has mismatching property type in
the entity json vs. what's in the wb_property_info table (and memcached) for
some given id.
as this is such an edge case, not a blocker for deployment but should be we
should find out for sure and more exactly why this occurs on Q232.
I also get an exception when using Special:Import on test.wikidata
