When I move some page on Wikipedia, which is connected with item on wikidata,
wikitda sitelink change to new name.
But sometimes it shoud be useful not to update - there might be some
problematic vesion, problematic merging of history, creating new version of
template etc. These should be option "do not update wikidata item" in wikipedia
