This bug is similar to 63278. When I try to merge two items which have same
claim, and this claim is same referenced, I get this error message: "Exception
while applying changes: Claim has already a reference with hash
7eb64cf9621d34c54fd4bd040ed".
Why is it a problem to merge items having a same referenced claim?
Example: [[d:Q8262804]], [[d:Q15403782]]
