It should be possible to get labels with mw.wikibase.getLabel in a user
specified language.
Also there should be a mw.wikibase.getLabelUserLanguage function that returns
labels in user language and makes sure the parser cache is properly split (by
user language).
Having that will prevent people from having to do nasty hacks like
