EntityParserOutputGenerator contains assumptions about entities that do not
hold. (For instance assuming they all have snaks, manifesting itself in usage
of deprecated Entity::getAllSnaks). Furthermore it does not allow registering
handling of handlers for new entity types (OCP violation), and nis thus a
blocker for commons, advanced queries, etc.
