CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
$wgWBClientSettingLocal repository is contains several sfigured in $wgWBClientSettings such asusing settgings: repoUrlDatabase, repoScriptPathentityNamespaces, and repoArticlePath which need to be configured separately for each repository.repoConceptBaseUri, To allow this,whereas foreign repositories are conigured using array setting "foreignRepositories". theyThose should be moved into $wgWBClientSunified to a single "repositories" settings['foreignR (local repo being empty-string repositories']y there).
