TASK DESCRIPTION

IP unblock requested for a Wikidata hackathon on Wed 21 Feb at University of Edinburgh to allow new accounts to be created.
Potentially up to 30 new users creating accounts on Wikipedia/Wikidata and being carefully shown how to edit Wikidata and use QuickStatements. 129.215.168.* is the IP range for that room.
May also need confirmed user status to be granted as previous demos with multiple new users of Quickstatements have failed because of some issue possibly to do with IP throttling/new user status.
