This are for the Wikibase end to end tests. The tests do have to make edit / create property etc as anonymous users.

There would be edits coming from different labs IP, 10.68.16.199 happening to be one of the Jenkins slave running the job.

Maybe #wikidata can enhance the test so that they also garbage collect / delete the contributions or we could add something that purges them automatically after X days or so.

But really it is not causing much harm since that is a test wiki.
