So this is configuration in repo/config/Wikibase.default.php

	'idBlacklist' => [
		1,
		23,
		42,
		1337,
		9001,
		31337,
		720101010,
	],

It should be possible to remove these from here (could be moved to WMF config for wikidata.org)

Custom values could also be added to the Wikibaselexeme extension OR we just add it to wikidata.org for lexeme.

Could also rework the id blacklist to work per namespace / entity type.
