No, this is probably a problem with the Lua module being used to generate the citations, not Cite.

The Lua module adds ref name based on the Wikidata hash of the citation. Since exactly the same code runs every time, it should be byte-to-byte same in at least 99.99% of the articles (the hash can theoretically be the same for completely different texts, but that should be an extremely rare case). If you can show me what the difference is, for example, in Lilli Hornig’s article, please do so! I believe that nothing, I have compared the outputs many times.
