Not really for me, it looks more like an UI issue. Search for 김정은 works fine. In general, it is correct to search after each new letter, but for languages where letters are composed from several keystrokes it may not be the right thing to do.
Also, I imagine when new search is launched the old one should be stopped, but this again is on the UI side, with which I'd be of little help.
