CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
steps and configurable variables:
# Introduction:
- gives a short reference to docker and how this tool can be helpful.
- user can setup:
# $dialog_language (which will be also used as default language for create dialog)
# $setup_language (which will be also used as value for other variables)
# $steps (which are simple the steps the user wants to do)
# $newest_release (every $release var will be set to latest)
# Wikibase:
- setup yml for the wikibase container
- user can setup:

# $release (which release the user wants to use)
# $DB_Host ( hostname of database server)
# $DB_Port (port of database server)
