No, no legal reasons, I really didn't know that datasets are uploaded that seem to not follow the license. I mean, why would you say explicitly "yeah, this dataset I am uploading is under CC0" when it is not? I am surprised about that.
I would suggest that this discussion moves to the project chat, it shouldn't be isolated here. If you don't start it in the next day or so, I hope to get around to doing it on Wednesday.
