TASK DESCRIPTION

We should add a mw.wikibase.formatBestStatements( entityId, propertyId ) -> string which works like mw.wikibase.getEntity( entityId ):formatPropertyValues( propertyId ). The advantage of this is that it will work without having to load the full entity.
