CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
It should be possible for users to merge two Lexemes, just like they do with Items.

If the two Lexemes that should be merged have a different Lemma in the same language, the merge action should be blocked.
Merging should also be blocked if the two Lexemes link to each other in a statement.

The merging for now should happen on the Lexeme-level just like it is done in Items. That means we keep a redirect for the Lexeme-ID but not the Form-IDs. The Forms from the source Lexeme get added as the next Forms in the target Lexeme. If there are identical Forms (same representation and grammatical features) in each Lexeme then the statements for that Form get added to the existing Form
As an editor I want to be able to merge two Lexemes in order to eliminate duplicates.
