Some initial comments/questions on slot-roles, content_models tables:

We could dump the slot_roles and content_models tables separately if we wanted to; the mechanism for adding those is easy enough. But we might also/instead want to add them to the header which appears both in current revision content and in stubs metadata dumps. This header currently contains the mapping between namespace ids and names, and it might not be a bad idea for someone to have these model and role mappings too. But maybe they aren't needed, since they never appear in any content directly, as opposed to namespace names, which appear in page title links and so on.

Is it likely that:

  1. the names may vary in their meaning from one wiki to another (content model A means one thing on commons and another on wikidata)?
  2. the names may change over time on one wiki (content role id nnn was called A and now is called B)?
