CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
I have asked for community support for this just now on [Wikisource:Scriptorium](https://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Scriptorium#Enable_arbitrary_Wikidata_access_for_oldwikisource), but we should wait at least for a week for community input.

Because of T54971, sitelinks to oldwikisource are not enabled yet, and probably won't be for some time.
