When I use the Wikidata Query UI in Hebrew and I use the item name autocompletion, the name, the Q number, and the description get mixed up:

If you don't know Hebrew, what is written here looks like this: "domesticated animal (Q144) domestic dog from the dog family".
What is supposed to be written is something like this: "domestic dog (Q144) domesticated animal from the dog family".
The correct HTML lang and dir attributes must be set on each row of the autocompletion according to the language in which it is shown. (It's not necessary the current UI language. As you can see in the screenshot, it is often a fallback language. If possible the particular language of each row must be set.)
Also, the name, the Q number, and the description should be separated to distinct elements, and perhaps shown them on separate rows.
