The actual problem is: almost 70 to 80% of the templates of english are converted into malayalam as it is because only one or two are actually knowing how to create a template. When the template SHORTDESC was imported in the same way, it showed an error to create a template named SHORTDESC: which was not found in english wikipedia. When I consulted in English wikipeda, the result was: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)#Template_doubt this.
