Hi Smalyshev: I've checked this setup page. The URL is generated because I installed the Chinese version of wikibase.
Is there anyway to convert to English version without reinstalling?
For current URI schema, I can access my entity data by this prefix and add Entity ID：
http://10.24.21.180/w/index.php/%E7%89%B9%E6%AE%8A:EntityData/<QID>
